this was my first anime drawing of Andy Biersack from the band Black Veil Brides!
they have a song called "Fallen Angels" and I had had a self portrait idea of me in that position with the wings like a year ago. I never drew the self portrait, so i used the idea for this. I absolutely love how it came out! for the first time of drawing Andy in anime? his design came out amazing! I absolutely loved doing his eyes and lips in the background, with fading it out... his head came out a little big in the front picture. that's the only thing that annoys me.
I did the background orange due to the fact the music video for Fallen Angels has.... well, a lot of orange lol. I did a picture of each band member like this.

Criticism: Um the arm on his knee. Looks short. Like you stop at the elbow and drew the hand. The other arm looks PERFECT! and so does everything else, is just that arm.
yeah, it was pretty awkward huh? >.<' the size of his head doesn't help his arm haha. Definitely need to try harder with things like that! I never noticed the awkwardness/shortness of the arm though. thank you so much for pointing it out!
THe head's fine, i think if the head was smaller it might make the other arm seem shorter. Who knows? I have trouble with that all the time, it makes me mad, then i quite drawing it. I haven't drawn the yrs. so now i suck and it pisses me more off. So don't try TOO hard and the shortness/largeness of things.
